Order Processing Time

Standard Products

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. You can check your tracking number on our order tracking page. We will also send you an email notification within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse.

Oversize Products

Most oversize items are dispatched within 1–3 business days; some may take 2–5 business days depending on the product.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders (no minimum purchase required). Any promotional changes will be announced separately.

Delivery Time

Standard Products

Delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Oversize Products

Delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Note: Actual delivery may vary due to destination and carrier performance – these are estimated times.

Shipping Carriers

Standard Products

We ship standard products via UPS (ups.com), FedEx (fedex.com), and USPS (usps.com).

Oversize Products

Oversize items are shipped through specialized freight carriers such as Ceva Logistics (homedelivery.cevalogistics.com).

Note: For oversize items, carriers typically do not call before delivery; they will leave the package at your front door.

We ship to all addresses within the continental United States, except the following states/territories:

  • AK – Alaska
  • HI – Hawaii
  • GU – Guam
  • AA – Armed Forces Americas
  • AE – Armed Forces Europe
  • AP – Armed Forces Pacific
  • AS – American Samoa
  • MP – Northern Mariana Islands
  • VI – U.S. Virgin Islands

PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Warehouse Holiday Schedule

Our warehouse is closed on the following U.S. holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

  • New Year’s Day – January 1
  • Presidents’ Day – February (third Monday)
  • Memorial Day – May (last Monday)
  • Independence Day – July 4
  • Labor Day – September (first Monday)
  • Thanksgiving Day – November (fourth Thursday)
  • Christmas Day – December 25

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track your package on our order tracking page. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Change Delivery Address

When an order has been processed for shipping by the warehouse but hasn’t left the warehouse, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package has left the warehouse, this process will incur fees, and the costs will be based on the quotation given to us by the logistics provider. So please make sure that the mailing address you provide is correct to avoid unnecessary costs.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address in accordance with state and local laws. The total amount will be clearly displayed at checkout.
